I have been training with Bob Boyles
for over 10 years and have stayed with him because he is an expert
at what he does. I agree with his philosophies which include
his discipline and hard work in the gym along with the training
that goes on outside of the gym. He is humble, genuinely cares
about all of his clients and works for you as hard as you will
work for yourself. Bob has been in some area of fitness training
for over 30 years and having him for a trainer is an asset that
I could never replace. |

Participating
in strength training at Bob's Body Image has been one of the
best activities I have done to maintain fitness. From everything
I read in health and fitness magazines, it is never too late
to begin doing resistance training! My arms used to be really
weak; now I just use my “Bob muscles” and that pickle jar lid
unscrews right away! For overall muscle and bone health, there
is nothing quite as effective as regularly working out at Bob's.
Bob is very helpful to challenge me to work as hard as I can. |

I have
worked out at Body Image for over 5 years. Bob has been great!
He has provided challenging workouts and great advice that have
helped me obtain my goals. During this time he has also created
workouts for me to do while being pregnant, not once, but twice.
I was able to keep working out up to my due date both times which
definitely made the pregnancies easier and I now weigh less than
I did when I started with Bob 5 years ago! Body Image provides
top notch equipment, a fun environment and a trainer that can
adapt to any person's needs. I cannot say enough good things
about working out here. I am stronger now than I have ever been
and it's all thanks to Bob! |

After having a serious heart attack
in 1995, I got serious about taking care of my body. By walking,
running and cutting way back on fat in my diet, I lost 30 pounds,
got my cholesterol in proper balance and was in excellent health
and condition. Having a new found interest in staying healthy,
I discovered another extremely important thing about caring for
our bodies as we get older. Strength training will prevent the
rapid loss of muscle that starts to occur at about age 40. In 1999
my wife and I started a regular strength training program with
trainer, Bob Boyles, at Body Image. Bob is knowledgeable and very
helpful in designing a workout program just right for each individual.
At 70 years old, I'm now 7 years older than when I first met Bob,
but I'm stronger and more physically fit than when I started. Thanks,
Bob! |
